The endurance run is doing him wonders for making him more talkative.

With a name like Vinny, I can't see how someone could be underconfident during ANYTHING!

for some reason i just really like the sound of his voice hahaha

also brad's definetely a lot more quiet now (dunno much about earlier podcasts)

also the bombcast is great because every sunday night, where it takes me ages to fall asleep for school the next day, i lay in bed and listen to the bombcast hoping it'll send me off to sleep nicely but most of the time it just keeps me up for the whole duration hahah

though for some reason, after 5-6ish hours of sleep i feel great on mondays!

Vinny is the best of the Bomb crew. I mean....look at his arms. He'll bust you up.

vinny is hands down the funniest guy on the podcast. even if his jokes don't work, he follows up with something so random it cracks you up. who remembers the Bill Cosby Dead Space joke?

There's an episode where in the last five to ten seconds of the show you can hear Vinny singing the lyrics to "White Lines". He starts singing after about fifteen seconds of silence...I was at work really late that night, and when it came on I was scared to death.

Vinny was also the only one man enough to stick to his original pick during the GOTY podcast lol. Even after all this in-depth discussion about the highs and lows of each game, at the end Vinny was just like "eh, whatever, I still pick MGS4" or something along those lines lol.

I'm pretty sure Vinny liked Dead Space for GOTY but then again it's been a long time since I've listened to that amazing podcast. So I'm probably just talking out of my ass.

I think you're kinda right but I didn't take it as anything to do with confidence really, just his role gradually shifting from support to frontline, as it became clear that people were enjoying his input.

I will say that I think the group dynamic is a lot better when Vinny is present, it just feels more comfortable, especially with guests.  They all make me laugh pretty much equally, but Vinny acts as a catalyst for a lot of the funnier moments.  I think Ryan's position means he has to play 'bad cop' at times and you should probably take it with a pinch of salt - I'm sure he'd love to act the same way as the other guys but the Bombcast would be a complete trainwreck if he did.

brad is ok, but he gets tired easy. they should have the bombcast earlier so everyone is more lively

Vinny's great. His off-the-wall comments help make the Bombcast what it is. Though Jeff and Dave are my personal favourites.

Vinny's a legend. I'd shout him a beer anytime he's in my city.

Plus, Brad made a pact with the devil, that in exchange for his voice and good looks, a baby kitten would be slaughtered every time he utters a word.

I'm glad when Vinny and Brad talk more. It's hard to say anything over Jeff and Ryan at most points, especially Ryan since he runs he show and they all have to keep up with his choice of pacing. 
 
Also, if it weren't for both Vinny and Jeff the bombcast would probably be 15 minutes long. No one knows how to derail a conversation like Vinny and Jeff.

I'm hoping for the day EA fires him, and GB hires him. Then I would have ALL of my favourite talking heads of video game journalism on one site.

How could anyone dislike a member of the GB staff, they're all awesome.

Yeah, while Brad still drifts in and out of a sleepy abyss- That's his style though.

I just love the random bursts of song from Vinny  when loading or if there is dead air in the ER/QLs.

Yeah he does talk a little bit more. He brings a lot of humor and awesomeness to the cast, so keep it up is all I say.

I think Vinny is a lot more intelligent than he lets on.
