Can't "reply" or "quote" on iOS on the forums

Is this just a limitation of the mobile version of the site or a bug? But I have a iPhone 5 with iOS 6 and can't reply or quite on the forums.

Did you click on the right top corner of a comment, i did not see anything then i click there and it took me to the comment box

Pretty sure the top men are aware of and working on this issue.

Yeah, it's incredibly annoying but Alexis and the crew know about it.
