Can't seem to buy the discount premium account

I see the price says $29.99 but when I go add it to the checkout it cost $49.99. How do I get it for the discount price? I installed firefox and opera since I don't want to delete my history thinking it could be a history issue that the site hasn't refresh but still opera and firefox show the same.

I'm having the same problem. Help?
