Deleting blogs & attaching them to boards

I recently made a blog, the problem is that it won't allow me to attach it to a board. I also tried deleting them(I did this multiple times) and now it won't delete them. They just sit in my feed. I've seen other people attach blogs on the new site to boards and I was able to delete blogs in the past. Is this a bug with the new website because like I said I've been able to do this all in the past. Can I request a deletion of the extra blogs that were posted as I tried to fix this problem?
