Edits aren't saving

I have been trying to edit two of my posts:

However, the edits aren't saving. When trying to edit the title, I click Save, and the page doesn't show my edit. I then made some edits to my list, and while the edits did show initially, when I refreshed the page, all of my edits were gone. The same thing happened when I edited a comment on my list. The edits showed initially, but when I refreshed the page, they were gone.
