Every time I upload an image there is an error and it won't upload, I was trying to upload an image to a wiki page but after several attempts I got an error every time I tried.
I don't get an error as such, but any image I add to a game's "images" page doesn't show up, says "submission under review" and has no entry on my 'Pending/Approved' page thing, so never appears. Yet the images are in my profile's Images page as having been uploaded.
I've only once been able to upload images to a wiki page. Every attempt before or after then has been met with failure. No problems uploading images for forum use or box art for releases.
