Why can't I see the chat anymore? When I tune into the live shows (as I am doing right now), there is always a red button saying "Join the Chat!", but when I click on it I get nothing other than the stream. I live in the UK, does anyone know why this is happening?

There are multiple threads about this in the "Bug Reporting" forum. My first suggestion would be to try logging out and then logging back in. You should also try clearing your browser cache.

Logging out and logging back in, along with cache clearing, do indeed often fix this issue. Let us know if it persists, though.
