I'm suddenly not Premium??

I'm pretty sure I'm payed up for a while yet but I just suddenly couldn't watch Unprofessional Fridays and now it's saying I'm not premium? Can someone help? Thanks

I'm not even sure how to check how much time I have left on my Sub... or when I got my year. Is there any way to access this info?

@sniperxan: For problems with this kind of thing you can contact support@giantbomb.com. You should also be able to work out how long is left on your subscription by checking your billing history. I hope this helps.

Most of the time with problems like this, your account was attempting to auto-renew and had a problem processing the payment. I'll check up on it after the show; in the meantime I hooked you up with a day's worth of premium so that you can check out the show.
