As it stands, I'm unable to watch any live videos because something isn't able to keep up. Archived videos don't pose a problem. Any live stream doesn't play for more than half a minute before it needs to buffer again, though.
I have a 200Mb/s connection so that shouldn't be the problem. The issue's been presenting itself for two weeks now. During this time I've reset my router twice, wiped my browsing data multiple times and also flushed my DNS more than once. I've also upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 in this time, as well as updating Chrome at least once. Unless I somehow missed something, the problem doesn't appear to be on my end. I'm located in The Netherlands. What could be wrong here?
