No video thumbnails for me.

Hey guys! Clearly I need to catch up with Giant Bomb. Went on holidays and now I have so much to watch.

Plus, I haven't heard a bombcast in a while so I'm a bit behind. I take it somewhere, someone must have said something about incoming bugs. I only recently saw Rorie's Puppy Chat. Downloading that now. Seems the site is under going some changes and there are some bugs. Completely understand. I see the Twitter Feed and Recent Posts are being addressed but I seem to have no video thumbnails. Just the play button. Not a big deal really since I download all my videos but still, this site always does a great job about coming up with funny thumbnails.

Anyways, just wanted to see if it was just me or part of the list of bugs.

I tried searching but that lead me to an error page.

I'm having the same trouble on a Windows 8 tablet (yeah yeah, I know...). Works fine on my PC though, so I guess it could be a tablet/mobile thing...?

@amyggen: @luciddreams117: Sorry, are you saying that these videos don't have thumbnails on the site, or after you've completed your download?

@rorie: Sorry if I didn't make that clear, on the site. It's just a big black image.

I'm having a similar problem on my iPad. I always use my iPads to visit the site and watch videos. Now it's just a black screen where the video should be that says I need to use an html5 capable browser to watch videos :/

A screenshot would probably greatly assist in understanding where exactly the issue is occurring.

The HTML5 issue is being looked into right now.
