My brother gave me the gift of re-upping my lapsed premium membership for X-mas.
However, I'm having difficulty redeeming it.
I tick the box for gift code, copy'n'paste the code from the email, but get errors in all the blank fields. Do I need to provide my CC info in order to redeem a gifted membership? This doesn't seem correct to me.
Can somebody please clarify the process for me?
