Roughly 5 weeks ago I paid to be a premium member for the year. For all of that time I've been enjoying the content. Then I log in on my phone and somehow I've been downgraded to free member? It must be something to do with me logging in on my phone because at that point it instantly stopped working on the laptop too. It's the first time I've logged in on my phone.
What's happened?
I'm on Mac Yosemite 10.10 using Firefox, but considering it's happening on my Windows phone too it sounds like a system issue.
