Subscribing with Paypal?

I noticed the 'Upgrade your Account' feature only shows credit cards while going directly to the store offers a Paypal option. There is some old mention of Whiskey media with the Paypal GB shirt so I wasnt sure if that was still a current option. Anyone know I'd like to get a membership through Paypal if I can.
