Twitch embed in chat not working

It's been a couple days, I've restarted chrome as well as rebooting comp and Twitch stream doesn't work in the chat site.

It just stays like this. I can click through to twitch where the video is working properly. Asked in chat and some others encountered this issue but most say it resolved itself somehow.

@fobwashed: I know this was a big issue last week when something changed on Twitch's end but I haven't seen any reports recently. Have you tried another browser? I can't imagine it's a browser issue but just to check.

I'm having a very similar issue, on Firefox its a white screen that won't load no matter what (tried disabling adblocker, tried whitelisting the site, nothing) and switched over to chrome and it loaded the first time. I'm on Firefox 77.0.1 with ABP, now turned off.

Chrome on every platform (Pixel 4, Windows PC, Chromebook) is a white screen no sound for me. Switched to Firefox on PC and can see the stream.
