Unable to Post a Review

I wrote a review for Dungeon Keeper for IOS and went to post it and I get an error saying You are not allowed to post a review? Is this an issue specific to the game or me or the site in general?

I've had a heck of a time posting to the site in the past week in general using Chrome or IE.

Chrome I'll try Firefox and see if that works.

Tried Chrome Firefox Opera and IE none of them worked.

Hate to possibly add to your list of known bugs, but it sounds like this particular user is having trouble posting reviews.
