I was recently playing call of duty and some jerk was extremely womanizing! But usually people are nice to me because I'm nice to them right... well this dudeee made me think about it. And now I don't know if they are being nice as a joke :(((
Do you guysss get annoyed when a girl is playing a shooter online?
Boys - Do you get annoyed when a girl is in the game?
I couldn't care less who is playing. When I play shooters I usually roll with a couple of friends, which makes it more fun. I don't give a shit about another players gender.
The only time I ever saw that was in a Left 4 Dead game. The one guy in our party was dick and kept asking for her phone number lol.
dude ur a girl omg
I don't give a toss about who's playing. I find L4D2 to be popular with women. Not that it matters.
I have no problem with it..but then i don't really play games online. But i've got a couple friends that are girls that I don't mind playing a game or two of Gears, Borderlands, etc.
Of course not! Some guys will pick on girls, but from what I have seen most of the time, girls are treated no differently other than people having conversations with them a lot. Almost all of my encounters with a girl playing (which is quite frequent) is them being treated nicer than male players (but not in a joking manner or anything!)
Nope. In Counter-Strike: Source, the name I play under tNa | Trish. People always ask if I'm a girl and start flirting with me it's pretty hilarious. I never say whether I am or not but it's funny how everyone treats you differently if there is a possibility that you might be a girl.

Don't you get annoy?
" @GlenTennis said:You." All I care is if the person is an asshat or not. "omg lol! what exactly is an asshat? (do i want to know?) "
" It's not annoying, but I definitely refuse to believe anyone who makes a point of identifying themselves as a girl online is actually a chick. "Especially when they previously had cleavage as their avatar right before making a post complaining about womanizing.
The only time it bothers me is when guys are falling over backwards to cater to her. Especially in TF2 on one of the servers I play on and they have pet names for her and will die for her. I kind of want to punch them in the face.
No. Much like any other human being, I only get annoyed when the voice is annoying or some unnecessary flirting or harrassing occurs.
Benefit to things such as Xbox Live and PlayStation Network (sometimes PC) is a mute option which a lot of people don't seem to know.

It can be hard to tell the difference between women and the prepubescent. I only become aware when all the lonely people start with the social talk in the hope that IamaGirrrl69 will eventually marry them and not be another man.
@MiamiRedHawks: It's couldn't care less. Because you are in a state of not caring where it would not be possible for you to care any less.
" The only time I've ever hated female gamers is in World of Warcraft because they can get preferential treatment from all the lonely kids. Otherwise gender is a very non factor in how annoying someone is. "I blame the parents.

And then, as I watched them fall from the sky, I would reload the Disc Launcher and find my next victim.
I don't bother with listening to voice chats in games any more because people are typically obnoxious. Party chat :p
I don't play shooter games but when I play other games online I do not get annoyed with women playing the game, the people I get annoyed at are the people who get annoyed at girls playing games. I think its great that women play games because it makes it feel like gaming is now a community thing rather than just something loners in their basements do.
I don't find it annoying at all. If anything, it's refreshing. Usually get some arrogant prick, but women are usually quite nice from my past experience of playing online. Of course, there're nice men playing online too. It all depends who you get put with in the matchmaking.
I don't. Although I've noticed girls who I end up playing with over Xbox Live are usually really annoying. I'm not saying you are, but girls aren't immune to being asses over the internet either.
