Persona 4 ER, easily. It was fresh, new, unique, interesting, funny and unpredictable. Moments like the "camping trip" or the school festival made for hilarious moments, greatly complimented by the Endurance Runners themselves. It was way better than Deadly Premonition's.
Really hard to say, P4 has a special place in my heart so I feel like it tips to that, but I LOVED BR's enthusiasm and interest in DP, and with VJ ahead of them I always was excited to see how Brad and Ryan would react to things I had seen a few days prior.
