Fake gameplay footage shows what Sonic, to many, should look like

  As much as I'd like to have a real opinion on the mater of whether or not the franchise should kick the bucket, I like to think that any once-loved franchise should have at least one or more two good games be put out before it kicks the bucket. For example, I don't think its flattering to see Sonic go out on 'hogwolf' and a guy singing about his LSD experience. I know Sega won't be killing off its cash cow anytime soon, but they should learn a few things from the next video.

That is just the original sonic but 3D. Sonic is something that does not need to exist in 2010. If you want a Sonic game just go play 2.

...and how exactly is this significantly different from Sonic 4?

Wow if they made a game like that, i'm sure it will sell. The graphics looks great.

That's gorgeous. This has always been one of my favorite Sonic stages because of the atmosphere. If they could make this in 3D like the video...amazing!

It needs to be faster.  That's what Sonic is about, SPEED.

I just want them to ditch the Sonic franchise all together at this point.  It really is done with now.
