So now they put it up for download and sent the link to everyone who's a VIP member. Unforunately, it means anyone can download it simply by knowing the link, there's no way they can make it so only those who have the LCE can download it.
Pretty annoying, but I'm sure they'll do something for us VIP members to make up for it now.
