@somestickguy_: This is amazing. Lost it at Dan & Danny being the Skull & Bulk(I had to look their names up). Really awesome stuff.
Giant Bomb TV Intros: The Odd Couple ed. (Updated 12/17)
Holy cow Duder perfect casting in the PR video, and amazing touch making Patrick and Max Squatt and Babbon.
@somestickguy_: This is amazing! Awesome job duder, also I don't know if that would be possible, but the original Mythbusters intro could also fit.
@somestickguy_: Drew as the Green Ranger is just about the most perfect matchup I can ever imagine
I'm glad to see that there's still beauty in this world. Big Boss Drew as the Green Ranger is flawless, all of the casting in the Power Duders video is. Kudos.
LANG HAS ESCAPED
@somestickguy_: That Power Rangers intro is, to quote the Lang Man himself, so god-like.

Lang's read on the Rita Repulsa bit is so amazing.

Stopped in to say exactly this. I was bummed no Green Ranger then bam best outcome possible.
@dudeglove Y'know let's say
Hypothetically of course
That I barely know anything about audio editing
Could you point me in the right direction?

You can edit waveforms in programs like Audacity (which would be free) or Adobe Audition (which would be better), or you can simply use the tools in Premiere or AfterEffects (whichever one you're using to edit the final products) to reduce the gain (essentially the volume, look for the Db sliders) of the audio file. In super layman's terms basically what you're looking when you select the audio input is the colorful green bars that go up and down when you play the file. There will be two smaller bars which will light up red if your audio file is too loud, which will result in distortion or as the other fellow mentioned, speakers blowing out. If you want to make all the audio in your final cut similar, just adjust the Db sliders of your audio files in the program you're using until the maximum amount that they fill that colorful bar is roughly equal across the board. There are tools in Audacity and Adobe Audition that can do this for you automatically.
Hey! I thought I'd take a small break from my larger Undertale project to put together another GB intro.
It's a simple one: The US version of The Office, as a bit of a sendoff for their current office/studio.
I'm using the season 7 version of the opening so that a: I can fit in the whole West crew and b: so there's plenty of room for antics.
for reference:
There's room for 8 clips of office antics! Do any of you have a particular favourite moment you'd like me to include?
Bear in mind a few things:
- All footage has to be inside the current office - it's kind of part of the premise after all.
- No tricaster, so a lot of UPF material is out... but not all. Also, Mailbags are a goldmine.
- Of course Robo Vinny is in there.
Simple 'n good!
I'm looking through some of my favourite intros since you're asking for ideas again. I'm thinking AHS could be fun, but it's not that easy to find suitable (both thematically and techincally) material for it and I suppose the visual style is fairly complicated when compared to other intros you've played around with. I did a test video for funsies anyway after gathering up a handful of mismatch clips! Show your might, WMMaker!
Also I failed at even making this last for the intro music's whole duration (one minute!), so more kudos to you for all of your hard work!
As for other suggestions, Monk has a relatively simple one.
Wow, yeah I could certainly give American Horror Story a shot. I would never have found that on my own, since it's... not particularly my kind of show. Even watching that intro for the first time has given me a couple of ideas.
@somestickguy_: That office opening is pretty amazing. Good job!
yo @glottery
Alright, I guess the video uploader is working again.
I can finally post the fixed version of American Horror Scoops!
@somestickguy_: Damn dude, The American Horror Scoops one is probably my favorite. I have to say man, you creating all these intros has really inspired me to start making stuff like this. Its looks like a great way to learn and practice stuff like After Effects.
@somestickguy_: prefect!
