Why would you still need your thread open? You got your question answered. There was no more need for it. And the only thing left was for people to make jokes about the stupid wording in the topic. The mods are only doing a proper job cleaning that up before it got too messy.

If you go to the Newest Topic tab, look right above the forum at the yellow button that says: Who's Online?
Click on it, and it will bring up a list of users online. All the forum mods have a Moderator tag under their names.
Who is this "Tarsier", and why does he annoy me so even though I have not spoken to him?
And also...if your thread was locked, then it was locked for good reason. It was obviously becoming rather off-track, and threads will usually get locked if they don't seem to be getting back on-track.
There's your explanation...from a non-mod...so do yourself a favor: pull that self-righteous "I deserve this and that" paddle out of your ass and shove it down your throat so we can stop hearing the whining.
