How do you make posts and edit wikis without an account?

The Terms and conditions says "You do not need to have a user account to make posts, contribute to wikis or vote on the site."

That does not make sense, I tried to edit something logged in and it told me I needed to log in, and showed me a login screen.

Thats strange, I tried to do that not logged in and it wouldn't let me.
