How do you report another user?

I just received a particularly dodgy email from a new user.  I can't seem to find any way to report the email or to report the users page.  It seems like a phishing scam.
I looked around the page but could not see anything, granted it is early and i am an idiot.

Email? Do you mean a PM? They can't do anything about emails.
