is xbox live broken?

did anyone else just get kicked off xbox live...the xbox website says "server too busy"....whats goin on?

Tubes are too clogged afaik

well seeing as theres now 2 threads to this problem i would gess that yes it has happened to other people and is probaly down

It's preparing for MGS4:Existence.  They have to make sure you can log in via Konami ID.
