A healthy dose of zombies isn't too bad you know what they say a zombie a day keeps the brain surgeon away! And yes i will be getting L4D2 and it will be awesome!
In the immortal words of Ed, all the haters can "Jog on". The people complaining are the same people that would be bitching about Valve not making a sequel soon enough if they had not made this game. You cant please all of the people but as long as they please me I dont really give a damn.
There's been overkill on zombies lately. After I see zombieland, I'm intentionally avoiding anything that deals with them in any way. Even without that though, ANY game that has a sequel come out the next year (I'm looking at you, sports franchises) pisses me off. Even if there's an actual story being continued (which there rarely is), developers should take the time to let the people's appetites build up, and to have more than minor changes so that it's not just more of the same.
I will not be getting L4D 2. This is not necessarily because I do not like the game (I found the first one to be an insane amount of fun) but because there are other games on my radar.
That and I have recently gone back to console games ( I bounce back and forth from PC shooters to console shooters) and do not want to remaster the mouse and keyboard technique haha.
Yes I know I could get it on 360, but I do not have one and really didn't like the way the 360 version of the 1st one played anyways.
@greenspear: I won't buy it when it comes out since its pretty close to the holidays, but I plan on getting it as a present for Christmas so I may be a little late to the party. Although, I do like having something great to play on Christmas, so with L4D2 and MW2 I will be set.
