Apparently Muramasa, lost it's publisher XSEED for North America. I don't know what will happen to the game now, I really hope something gets worked out. Even though I don't own a Wii, I'd really like to see this game come out, it looks beautiful.

Muramasa Loses Its American Publisher
I would not worry too much, the game is likely to be picked up by someone else. My monies on Ubisoft, just wait and see....

"Atlus will probably pick it up, but Ubisoft or SEGA is a good guess too. "Atlus would be my guess too. Actually, when I first saw this game I thought it was an Atlus developed/published game, but of course I was wrong.
"Dan_CiTi said:Atlus was the one behind Odin Sphere's release in the US, right? It wouldn't terribly surprise if they reprised its role as publisher again for Muramasa, either. Even if that isn't the case, though, Vanillaware's games sell decently enough and have a good review pedigree, so I'm pretty certain they'll find somebody to publish it in the US if they haven't done so already."Atlus will probably pick it up, but Ubisoft or SEGA is a good guess too. XSEED joined the ESA recently...maybe they blew their budget on the yearly dues. http://www.theesa.com/newsroom/release_detail.asp?releaseID=57
The statement from XSEED makes it sound like they think it will still come out in North America. Maybe it just switched to a different publisher.
Atlus would be a good choice. They released a Greatest Hits version of Odin Sphere, so I'm guessing it sold well enough. The only other game they've done that with was Disgaea: Hour of Darkness.

I just hope there isn't any delay in its release.
