My PS3 stopped working. :(

My PS3 stopped working.  :(  It turns on for a split-second, then immediately turns back off again.  Unfortunately, it's not under warranty any longer.  Everything I've read online says I'll need to pony up $150 to have Sony fix it.  Bummer, dude.

Unfortunate, sounds like you will have to shell out the money to fix it.

So, I've decided to buy a new one then fix up the old one and sell it.  Should be able to get a decent price... it's the 60GB version with PS2 hardware emu and 4 USB ports.  Well, I hope I can get a good price.  :)

a piece of advice for you.
dont give it to gamestop. they'll pay around 20$.
even though I am exaggerating, it is kind of like that.
