Man. This guy gives even PR a bad name.
I can understand if a customer is mean to you, I work in tech support and I am abused by customers on a daily basis. That never happened- in two cases I've read about this guy the customer was in the right.
It's not the customers problem, or their fault, if the product is held up. The customers deserve to know that. It's not the customers problem or fault if there is behind the scenes issues. If you pay for something you deserve to get it. Period.
Some customers do go to far, and I see it everyday. It doesn't matter. if you are servicing someone you are the face of the company. It is your job to make them happy. Being on the internet doesn't make this any different. Unless you don't want customers it's very important you do what you can to help people out. If they don't know something it's your job to inform them. Not in a condescending way, but to let them know. It doesn't change the problem, and shouldn't be expected to.
It's like this guy has no decency at all. Some of these people paid for things and didn't receive it for months or never received anything. They have every right to ask what's going on.
God what a d-bag; I seriously hope whatever company employs them finds out and stops this because this is destroying any reputation with their product. Whether the product is good or bad doesn't matter with something like this.
