Pushup Challenge - 1600 MS Points Up For Grabs

I've been seeing a lot of fitness threads lately and thought I would hold a fun little contest. Whoever can do the most pushups in 3 minutes by the end of the week wins a 1600 MS Point card.

Rules

1. Begin in the up position.
2. Start the timer before the first rep.
3. For a rep to count, you must go all the way down (chest 2 inches off the floor) and lock out the elbows at the top.
4. You can rest however/whenever you want, but clock must keep running.
5. Poor reps in terms of body position or putting down a knee before a rep is completed do not count toward the total.
6. Stop counting when 3 minutes have elapsed and record your score.
7. Somehow identify that it is indeed you in the video

Can I have the card if no one does this?

Since I'm Canadian, I'm not sure that I can use that 1600 point card, but I might do it just for the hell of it

Brotip: I find being shirtless and greased up allows me to triple my number pushups from the loss of wind resistance.

I am really attempted to do this since the chances of me having ANY competition are slim. And I am definitely not saying that I am some pushup master, heh.

I would do this but I am way too weak to try to out-pushup some people on this forum.

I feel like this would be really easy to cheat at...

I did 2000 of them this morning before crushing a car engine between my pecks. Unfortunately, I didn't take a video, so the OP will just have to take my word for it and give me 1600 MS points.

Do cock pushups count?

@believer258: Well I did 2001 and I recorded the video but when putting on my computer the file was corrupted and then my camera with my memory card inside it exploded.

Oh just because I didn't mention it, didn't mean I didn't do that also :P but thought a car was too wimpy for my planet sized chest so I decided to go for several buses full of poor people.

I would do it, but I don't like there being any video footage of me anywhere, let alone that of me doing a physical activity, especially when sent to an overlord asking me to make said video.

wtf i didnt see this til now. i can beat 49 pushups no problem. i do 50 in 2 minutes every day.

It got popular when it ended. Lets start our own contest, where we buy ourselves stuff for beating stuff!

I can hardly do three, so... yeah didn't stand much of a chance here.
