Resident Evil 3 Cutscene Problem

in RE3 the cutscenes show black i can only hear the sound, what should i do?

I assume if you are using the PC version then you haven't installed the video codec. Try searching through the game folder and see if you can install it.

could he be referring to the recently released RE3 for the PSN?

Might be a codec issue, the game is really old now so the video codec used is really old and might not function on newer computers.
