So I stripped a screw... Any tips?

Yeah, after my Xbox 360 got the 'ol RRoD, I figured since my warranty was out, I might as well go about fixing it. I got a little quick with a ratchet at one point, and now one of the screws holding the X-clamps in on the metal case is stripped real bad. It's on of the Torx heads, if that helps.  
 
Any tips? I really need to get that motherfucker out.

A last resort would be to (CAREFULLY!) drill it out. Last resort though, that is dangerous. VERY dangerous. 
 
I can't think of anything else, besides just prying it out.

if the screw is big enough (never dove into the xbox) you could use a hacksaw to score a deep enough notch to use a flathead screwdriver to get it out.

Try putting the flat part of a thick rubber band on top and try to unscrew it like that.
