Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed looks good

It looks like a cross between Diddy Kong Racing & Mario Kart 7. For anyone who played the original, is this sequel worth the hype?

For my money, I enjoyed All-Stars Racing more than Mario Kart. It looked incredible, it handled tightly and it felt more reliant on skill than items. The option to turn off rubber-banding AI was a breath of fresh air, as well. I haven't seen any of the sequel, but if you can, rent to original to gauge your interest in it.

The first game was a surprise for me. I was not expecting to like it as much as I did. Hopefully the Sequal has less focus on Sonic and more on the All Star part. Who honestly wants to play as ig the cat.

It was awesome!!!

Don't want to start a war or anything, but it was much better than Mario Kart.

I actually completed the first game while it was playable in Gamestop when it came out. I really enjoyed it and it was a great way to kill time.
