I can't believe this topic hasn't been made yet >: [.....
So who wants Starfox Wii?

Starfox Wii
"I would want it if it's done right we all know the wii has tons of crappy gamesMostly done by 3rd parties >.>....
"
Mmmm so I wonder what Starfox Wii would have in it....
*Goes off to think about it*
Theres really just too much to really say in words lol.
Well I can say that, no Im not a member of Nintendo giving away some leaked info here but I firmly believe that Nintendo was waiting for Wii Motion Plus to happen so they could release all the good games on the wii with this added device. Remember, tStar Fox 64 started rumble in gaming, maybe Wii Star Fox will start off accurate motion sensing in wireless motion sensor style controls in future.
And as for what I want to see in the game itself,
- No Marcus McCloud plz
- Less of the characters aging, just because Krystal took peppy's place doesn't mean that they suddenly have to speed ahead 5 years...
- Customisable but balanced Arwing upgrading in multiplayer and in the game.
- More Landmaster on-rails levels.
- More Arwing on rails levels.
- More First Person rather than third. Yes I like to see my tail and fur blowing in the wind and stuff but why add all that unecessarily if it ruins the game?
- More open arena style boss fights like on Corneria on Star Fox 64 with Landmaster and Arwing.
- More awesome Corneria remixes.
- Better controls for on foot.
- A flight stick acessory for the wii controller that comes with the game.
- Better graphics.
- Less pear shaped heads.
- More interactive stuff, maybe RE4 style cinematics.
- Less alternate storylines, or at least ones that lead to the same conclusion maybe.
That would be awesome to see but I doubt it is going to happen with the way Nintendo is focusing more on casual games.
"Yea -_-..... As further evidenced by Nintendo's E3 this year ¬¬That would be awesome to see but I doubt it is going to happen with the way Nintendo is focusing more on casual games.

I'm not a Star Fox fanatic, but I see great potential for the series on the Wii. There are quite a few control schemes that would work.
My control scheme goes like this:
Use the Wiimote to aim the pointer.
Use the nunchuck's joystick to move your ship. You can also shake the nunchuck to do a barrel roll.
You can also use the Wiimote to perform loops. Depending on which direction you swipe it, you will perfom different tricks and loops.
And of course, the buttons and such will be for weapons.

Good idea there, I always thought similar to that, and I also thought about how maybe Nintendo could open up a port to new flight games of similar context as in, using a new acessory that uses Wii motion plus to sense the upright stick and holds the numchuk in the other as a 2 handed flight stick somehow. Wii motion plus sensing the movement in a new acessory seems like them to me, making more and more cash by adding wheels and stuff to their more, interactive games, seems plausible and so does a control scheme like you stated if they don't do like I suggested.
I totally think that some type of joystick thing to plug the Wii Remote into would be pretty awesome. I've been thinking along those lines for a while now, way before the MotionPlus was even announced. And you could use the Nunchuk to switch between different weapons and navigate menus and things. I think it could be pretty sweet.
