While its interesting that they are making something free to promote a new game its hard feel that great about it since its incased in flash and has no online multiplayer and unmappable controls which is a sharp contrast to Starseige: Tribe being made free (completely free, original game downloaded to your HDD and played as you do originally) to promose the new, at the time, Tribes.
And I was sure SF2 was already a flash game? Perhaps it was unofficial but this seems unndeeded. Perhaps you might be in a situation where its useful, assuming it has local multiplayer, like if your in work/college and you want a quick blast with a friend. Otherwise those who care already play it really.
