ok so i just bought the COD LIVE pack which should give me live for 13 months, i got it, had live for the weekend but just tried signing on now and it said "the current profile is not allowed to play LIVE" im really worried ive either bought a fucked up live pack or have been banned. as for being banned i dont even own a mic or do anything wrong. HELP ME, im starting to get worried. has anyone else had this problem?
No one here has the ability to help you. For whatever reason, your xbox live account has been disabled. Write down your info, and call Xbox live support line.
They're the only ones who would be able to clear that up for you.
There was a free weekend recently, maybe you just forgot to put in the code you got with the game and thought that the free weekend was the real thing.
