What could nintendo to make you forget about E3?

So everyone (including myself) hated the big N's E3. We felt forgotten about. Well, what announcement could they make right now that would make you forget about the whole thing?


Honestly, there are only 2 things they could do to get me back right now. One would be release a more powerful console, I'm sorry but this whole graphics don't make the game arguements miss the point. There are things that the PS3 and 360 do that you simply can't do on a less powerful machine, emotions their game's can convey that the Wii can't. i am not bashing the Wii either, hell, I own one, i am just saying.

2 would be announcing sequals to their classic games in the older styles available on Wiiware ala MM9.

What say you?

If Nintendo scrapped the Wii on the spot and decided to go back to making actual games then I might give them a second chance.

I could use a BJ and a next generation console with a traditional controller and focus on 3rd parties

I actualy wouldn't mind them keeping the motion controls, but the key phrase is next generation

How about not be an ignorant, arrogant, toy company and actually make games that cater towards the Hardcore gamers.

We have a winner. I also think that if they release a new IP that doesn't suck it would be nice. Something that doesn't rely on the wiimote.

How about keeping to promises? I thought they said they where gonna lose the "kiddie" image long time ago. Hello? But those games are more for kids then us (the teens, young adults, adults). I mean... Pokemon? Animal Crossing? Wii Sports? Wii Musical? Come on.... ITS ALL BORING. Wii Music might have intrested me IF Nintendo didn't offer some fucking midi's instead used real insterments.. Come on, Midi's? I expect that on Nintendo DS, that would be fine but on a console like WIi offer us MORE.

How about announceing some games from 3rd party, I already know what Nintendo will offer eventaulyl. A new Metroid, Zelda, Mario, woo hoo, I want to see what other developers got.

I already forgot about E3 2008.

a better console, wii is fine, but i agree that it sometimes seems like a toy, wii music? ok idea, but with horrible midi's, plus wheres the damn storage?

That's not Nintendo's job, third parties are responsible for announcing their own games.

SLI style add on for hd graphics in addition to a new Zelda game to utilize it

I would like to see some more Zelda, but anything with a really deep story but not neccesarily an RPG. We need a break from rescuing the princess. (I'm looking at you Mario)

They could blow up every Wii. Come out with a REAL gaming console tomorrow, and stop making stupid mini game shit titles.

The best thing Nintendo could do is to create a qutoa for each devolper when it comes to devolping shovelware. This could reduce the shovelware alot.
The second thing nintedo could do is get  the shovelware that is already out on the market and dump it in the desert with the ET atari games
