My dream game is a Kingdom Hearts style game with Non-Disney worlds such as Avatar, Last Airbender (The cartoon show not the god awful M.Night train wreck), Star Wars, Hayao Miyazaki movie worlds, and maybe Harry Potter? It will feature Moder Warfare 2 set piece moments, cinematic's and storytelling on the level of Uncharted 2 and Mass Effect 2. The combat will be a like a more strategic and action packed version of Kingdom Hearts. Also it is made by the creator of Kingdom Hearts
What is your dream game?
A vast, sprawling MMORPG set in a post apocalyptic future, with no level cap, creatures to tame, rear and ride, vehicles to build, drive and fly... Shapable landscape with mining and destructable and buildable buldings, increasingly hostile environments, multiple races, mutagenic viruses, world scale wars and alien invasions to fend off... Erm, and no monthly subscription.
A well-done open world Pirates of the Caribbean game
i want to be a pirate so bad.. Also a well-done open world Robin Hood game. when i say 'well done' i mean perfect like Arkham Asylum

There's a reason that game hasn't been made.
A RPG , made with the source engine (or whatever better stuff Valve cooks up) that plays as a combination of Half Life 2 physics mechanics with the AI of FEAR , and the sandbox nature of Crysis , but with the game philosophy of Valve , you know the pacing and stuff and the physics based puzzle solving , and if they could adapt the Director from the Left for Dead games to change the games encounters , also they characterization that Half Life 2 games have but if you add to it a sort of Blame! art style with also the enviroments that Far cry 2 had. Also add vehicles like the ones in Half Life 2 and / or Halo
The other dream games that I wanted already exists and its named Mass Effect 1 , 2 and soon to be #3
*Strong, consistent visual style.
*Catchy and memorable music.
*Intuitive interface.
*Deep decision making/problem solving.
*Inspired and evocative setting/story (something I can continue to think about weeks after I finish).
*Well thought out game design.
Grand Theft Auto but with Knuckles the Echidna.
And it has to have all the music from Sonic Adventure 2.
An AI driven single player version of Sleep is Death, full with modern 3D graphics and stuff, might take a while till that gets reality.
That aside, anything that allows to have meaningful conversations and interactions with an interesting virtual world, without spoiling it with to much combat or otherwise highly unrealistic game mechanics. I'd be pretty happy with a modern motion controlled version of Trespasser.
A great Star Wars game that makes perfect use of motion controls to simulate light saber combat. Also it had nothing to do with the prequels or Clone Wars.
I am going with the others that said Open World Pirate Game. I just want a great pirate game to be honest.
I wouldn't mind another great Spiderman game Either.
" Something with good writing. "I can point you to your dream game several times over.
I wish someone would make a decent Shadowrun RPG ... the moment that is announced I'll pee my pants.
" a game like rpg like oblivion, in a sci-fi universe. the story would be awesome. "You mean Fallout 3?
An elder scrolls game with no bugs and that meets all the grand claims they always make before release.
Massive Battlefield 2-like game on the PC with no player cap (server caps usually at 64 or 128) with vehicles and infantry combat.
Various eras, themes, and settings are covered, (ie. medieval, WWII, modern, and future, as well as steampunk, cyberpunk, and phantasm)
Weapons of every period-appropriate setting are available based on the map played.
Great mod/map making and community tools so there is an endless supply of free maps and mods.
Leveling system and perks of Call of Duty, as well as cosmetic and trading/crafting aspects of TF2.
RTS-like commanding system for squad leader and commanders.
" @HandsomeDevil said:The thought of a Burn After Reading adventure game makes me happy. That would be one bizarre game." A Telltale adventure game based on the Big Lebowski (use bowling ball on nihilist.) "Hmm, how about an entire series of adventure games based off of the films from the Coen brothers? "
Maybe a crysis style type of game, with maybe mass effect type of environments and oblvivion scale maps with photo realistic graphics. Now that's a game.
" @Snipzor said:Now, would you use gun on closet? Or look at closet to go in closet, only for it to change characters mid task? Rarely are there moments where there's an active change of character control in the same chapter, and when I say that, I mean there's only Maniac Mansion and Day of the Tentacle." @HandsomeDevil said:The thought of a Burn After Reading adventure game makes me happy. Well, I'd want a game set in a high school. In Japan. And you could totally hang out with chicks (and maybe dudes?) and become real good friends with them. You'd start some sort of gang where you solve murders and investigate shit. Also, there'd have to be fighting or something, hopefully being turn-based and involving weaknesses. Did I mention the high school girls would have to wear bikinis at some point?
Oh wait.
My dream game is A new action-adventure-shooter game that plays land feels ike a major Hollywood blockbuster movie. It needs to have great characters, a great story, and combat that is fast-paced, and exciting, but not difficult to master.
Also, I want really badly to play a original Pirate RPG, just like two other people said earlier. Playing as a pirate sounds so tempting.
Mine would be a mashup of a platformer and a beatbox/music game contolled by a mic. You only have basic movement controls... duck/jump/boost (think robot unicorn attack), and these are performed by basic beatboxing - bass/kick/snare... as the levels get harder you bascally learn to beatbox.
Most days it'd be something different ...but i've just watched this
My dream game has always been something that approaches a movie in terms of fluidity. Except that every death or decision factors into the story. So really, I want open ended games with amazing writing/acting and animation.
Or a strategy game where I always win.
Bethesda RPG base meets Deus Ex and/or Mass Effect style universe; now add Modern Warfare 2 style shooting, Condemned 2 Melee, Uplink hacking, Hitman's infiltration/stealth, Freedom Fighter's squad system, and build it all under a Real Time Stratagy blanket where time and resource building is a factor. You can die of old age, so ya need a Dating Sim mechanic in order to get the fly honeys, in order to have the sticky babies, in order to get the "1-Up", in oder to carry out your legacy before you die under the forward motion of time...and some Cooking Mama thrown in.

A good single-player RPG in the World of Darkness universe (a spiritual successor to Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, if you will) with Obsidian quality writing and Bioware level production values.
" @iam3green said:no more scifi than that. something like a star wars type of universe. there are different people, aliens, monsters, light sabors, pistols." a game like rpg like oblivion, in a sci-fi universe. the story would be awesome. "You mean Fallout 3? "
off topic but for some reason i didn't like fallout 3. i thought it was a decent game but i thought it was slow for me. you have to be up close to shoot a person to hit them. the AP thing is good but have to wait for it to load.
