What is your favorite single song from a video game?

I am kinda bummed at the lack of Ueda game love in this thread (though there are still a ton of great posts). 
 
 

  
   Love the title screen theme for Agony (Amiga version). It's a very sad piano theme.  

The music that plays in Gruntilda's Lair just before you enter "Grunty's Furnace Fun."  Shame it's only in that one spot in the game.

I don't know if it's been said already but Max Payne's main theme is fucking epic.

Ironic hits for me include the end song to Rogue Warrior ("goddamn cockbreath commie motherfucker!"), "Girlfriend" from Brutal Legend and "IN-DE-STRUCT-A-BLE" from Street Fighter IV (but only slightly, because I love that song in a guilty pleasure way too).
 
Someone posted a topic about the best songs from a game soundtrack from last year, and they had "Downstream" from Braid which I called a "simply beautiful" song, which it is.
 
I also love the entire Bully soundtrack, as well as that from Bionic Commando: Rearmed (amazing soundtrack). Finally, this, I feel, is one of the best songs from any video game ever. I assured my non-gamer lady friend that this is the case, but she doubts me. Maybe you guys have my back on this one?

While I'm at it, my favorite overall soundtrack is the one for Ys Book I & II for the Turbo 16 CD, and the funniest song for me is "A Pirate I Was Meant to Be" from Monkey Island 3.

It's always been Bionic Commando Area 5 for me.  Dunno what it is but I love this song.
 
 

I'd be an ass if I didn't bring up Contra. In my opinion, Mega Man II has the best soundtrack of any game that I've ever heard. If there is a runner up, it would be Contra. This is my favorite track:
