Usually Futureshop and Best Buy.
Where do you get your games from?
Pretty much through Amazon for console games and Steam for PC games. I don't drive due to my low vision, and I live in a tiny rural area without any game shops, so Amazon is pretty much it for me.
" Steam for PC and GAME for my 360 games. Although if I can find the game I want cheaper on Amazon or play.com I'll get it from there instead. "Pretty much exactly this. I live in Scotland to and GAME is by far the closest to my house, and is beside where i do my food shopping so I make a fair amount of impulse buys there.
Steam until my GPU broke down.
Amazon for my console needs.
And when I'm feeling particularly impatient I pay the convenience tax in Game Stop.
" @JJWeatherman said:I don't know if you can call it shipping issues. I just don't like to wait for packages. :P" Sadly Gamestop, even though Amazon constantly has better deals. "Why do you not use them then? Shipping issues? "
On consoles it's a mixture of Amazon and Gamestop. For new releases, I'll check to see what Amazon's pre-order deal is, and if there's a launch day delivery option. If what's on tap doesn't tickle my fancy, I just Gamestop it.
I just recently put together my first real gaming rig (my last one was when FFXI launched, and it was far from impressive), but I find myself loving Steam. Picked up some cheap oldies, and tomorrow will be basking in my 1st Steam preordered game, Mafia 2.
