I think Jack Tretton was the only host that had any stage presence. Even Reggie seemed weaker then he has been in previous years.

Ubisoft is winning this? If they win this, something's very wrong.

Depends what you call "best", in terms of professionalism as well as salesmanship it has to be Jack. For entertainment and the bizarre I go with Ubisoft.

Tretton's a class act. Just the right mix of personal and professional - and always classy. All the others are trying too hard. Way too hard.

Though I like how EA's always playing it straight. Just depends on how much I like the games they have to show. Since they're pretty much showing the exact same games for the last three years (since after Riccitiello's 'Original IPs' initiative failed commercially). This year, they simply had nothing on Ubisoft - even if Ubisoft's host were grating, their games went straight for the kill.

Nintendo is too Japanese to ever excell at conferences, and Microsoft just gone limpdick multimedia casual on me. So...

Ubisoft, Aisha was amazing but Toby ruined it again.

Still, Reggie's plugging too much, Miyamoto and co sounded messy with the double voices (translation) way too hard, Sony's crew looks like smug mobsters and Microsoft...hell, I forgot who even spoke there, so fuck that.

Watchdogs already makes Ubi conference the best.

Also, there are like 5 of these polls, just search before posting another one.

Oh wait, this is a best presenters poll? Why? Alright, im still just going to say Ubisoft had the best showing all in all, the presenter wasn't too annoying this time, that kid backstage wasn't need though.

Aisha was great and great to look at, but the other guy ruined it for them like everyone said. So I'll have to of course give it to Jacky T, I get girl wood just thinking about him...

Jack Tretton

I think it was Miguel Lopez on IW who called Sony conferences more "earnest" and that's totally true. Sony conferences (and Jack) feel like a conference done by a gamer. Microsoft and Nintendo's feel like ones done by executives

Jack Tretton, every year, is charismatic as fuck. He never fails. He's the man who rolls his sleeves up with a cigar in his mouth, ready to rock and roll.

It is always Jack Tretton. He is the consummate profession when he speaks on stage. Another person that did well was Aisha Tyler. She did very good with what she had to work with.

You can usually put John Riccitiello on the short list, but the last year of hard business has taken its toll on the EA boss. I am actually a bit surprised that they didn't have Peter Moore take over. Something was very off with Reggie as well. Alex said it best earlier, it looked like someone pissed in his corn flakes this morning.

It's a tie between pissed off/ "my body is ready"/ undead Reggie, and calm, cool and collected Jack Tretton.

Reggie killed it

I kept telling Tretton that I already own a PS3 yet he kept pulling me closer to him and reading statistics of his console's success all in my face, trying to make me buy one.

Reggie made a "my body is ready" joke. I feel that level of meta earns him my vote.

I like Sony's approach. I don't want some celebrity of the week they pay a boat load of cash to stand on stage and poorly hide that they don't want to be there, or some low rent D grade funny person "try" to be funny and entertaining. I just want a person who can speak English without a thick accent to say the name of the next game they want to talk about then have them fade in/out of the shadows as each video starts/stops.
