For the space geeks/conspiracy theorists out there, I find this shit absolutely fascinating. These pics were staggered and released in the fall, but in case any of you missed it, check them out. Here's some amazing shots of the Apollo landing sites:

In 2009, NASA launched this guy - the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, tasked with taking new hi-def images of the moon.

These are obviously just overhead images of the movie studio the landing was faked in. You can tell because of the shadows and the fact that the site is completely undisturbed. Also the old Warner Bros logo hidden in the far left crater.

Another interesting thing, there is a society called the Flat Earth Society. It has members. I know, what the fuck.

I believe Google Moon can of interest here. It's just Google Earth but you know...on the Moon. Fun to look at though.

@Still_I_Cry: I've always wondered what they talk about. "Hey, did you know the Earth is actually disc shaped?", "I know.", "Ah."

A quote from that site... "The sun and moon, each 32 miles in diameter..."

I feel like my intelligence was polluted just by looking at that.

Edit: on second thought, one of those guys should be sent into space. Imagine the stories he/she would have to tell the rest of the group.

Same thing can be done if you stick one on a plane.

I loved it in vice city when I found the moon landing set.

I love conspiracy theories, and can't wait to hear what people say about this.

It's both interesting and terribly depressing that we may never leave our solar system. I want to know what's beyond our moon.

How so? All you know is that some dickheads managed to land on the Great Lunar Shield. You dumbasses don't even know that that's a shield, let alone how to penetrate it.
