My kid came home from school today with this book. The title instanly grabbed my eye...Too funny.

I'd recommend you 'borrow' this book off your kid and read it. It will change your perspective on Manhuggers forever.

I figured from the way the book looked, it was written way before Doom. Quick researching shows that it was only published 11 years before Doom. Big Friendly Giant? More like Big Fucking Giant.

Should I know the book?

I <3 Roald Dahl and I adore that book and Quentin Blake's illustrations, I bought that book and had it signed by all my school friends when I left primary school, at 13.

The Twits was awesome too.
