Why does your mayor not comb. i thought politicians had fancy hair. Or is it a thing? is that his deal, will he not comb or bath until every family has a home and a dinner because he's motivated like that. Please inform me. BBC says he is conservative, but he looks like a Bro.
Dear London people

I saw him on Top Gear and he seemed like a cool guy. So I wouldn't worry about it.
if he is cool dude, all is forgiven. does he actually always look like this? or is just unfortuante pic
He usually looks like that yes, I'm not a London person but Boris is the only politician to ever make me laugh.
Oh and he tackles like no one :D

Boris is an amazing guy, whatever you think of his views its just awesome to see a politician who is as unpolished, clumsy and bumbling the whole time.
The common sentiment in Britain is that China had the most spectacular Olympics opening ever, and what do we have to top that? Boris friggin' Johnson stumbling into the stadium waving the Union Flag, with the entire nation holding their collective breaths and praying to God that he doesn't fall over.
Added bonus, here is Mr Arnold Schwrzenegger's opinion on our beloved Boris.

Because he's a complete moron. I'm personally very happy that I don't live in London as I'm not sure I could take having him as my mayor.
Who gives a fuck about a politicians hair, really? Besides, it could be worse. Just look at Donald Trump.
I'm not really knowledgable about his political agenda, but he seems like a really sympathetic person. He swears occasionally and even stopped a mugger on the street once while cycling to work. He seems unpolished and raw. At least if you vote for him, you know exactly what you're getting. A carefully planned out and choreographed campaign like Obama's has its appeal, but a guy like Boris is less fake.

If not for the fact that Boris' whole outsider image wasn't exactly that, an image, he's a smart & cynical politician. I blame Have I Got News For You for raising him from relative obscurity to suddenly making the twat seem likeable. I think Ian Hislop & Paul Merton both feel a modicum of shame for their role in his rise. Probably the next leader of the Tory party. Another silver-spoon Old Etonian cunt who surprise surprise is on the side of the rich & powerful.

The fuck? People actually like Boris Johnson? The hell is wrong with you people? Is he not a fun guy?
When I'm standing in a polling station trying to decide who I want to elect to a position of power the first thing on my mind to help me choose isn't "would he be a nice chap to share a pint with rah rah?" Because I'm not a twat. He's the mayor of the biggest city on this isle & the financial centre of Europe. I tend to ask for something slightly more than my politicians than "being a fun guy", like being competent, and "supporting the collapse of the capitalist wage slave system". But that's just me.

Yes or no would have been fine. He looks like a fun guy to me.
If your this thread thinking the words "politician" with any of the following in the same sentence : Cool, Nice, Awesome, Hip, A duder, Fun, "For the people", or Competent
Toronto's mayor could be cousins with him:
I feel like there's an in-joke with every photo journalist in the city, where they go out of their way to make the least flattering pictures possible at all times. They are frequently on the front pages of our newspapers. No one who actually lives in the city likes him, it's all the suburban commuters who voted him in. So he's trying to make our city into a car-centric suburb which is literally the worst thing he could do given that his job is to plan for the future.
@forkboy: I agree with you entirely that the "Boris" we know is largely smoke and mirrors, I just simply find it a refreshing alternative to the hyper-groomed public figure of today. That does not mean I agree with any of his politics or would vote for him in an election, far from it, I was merely making light of the fact that he is an interesting anomaly.
