Roadkill? I guess so.  It depends. It breaks my heart to see a cat dead on the side of the road, especially if it belonged to someone and just went out for a walk and got hit. I see skunks on the road and don't feel much remorse because of the horrible smell. Opossums are seen so frequently as well that I don't feel that sad seeing one. I do feel bad for deer though. The deer and the person who hit the deer because they can sometimes run out into the street, hit a car, and tear the freaking roof off a car. But if a person was irresponsibly driving, I guess it is their fault.

Sometimes, but mainly because I think it would be the worst way to go.

that picture is horrible lol. i dont' feel bad for roadkill. i only feel bad if it's something like the picture a cat or some kind of pet that someone owns. i usually don't see any pets on the road when i'm driving.

Yes I do, I saw a dog once that was hit on the back and it was trying to drag himself to the other sidely with only his front legs. It broke my heart cause I knew that he'd be dead in a few seconds.

You mean the guy in front of the AM PM always begging for change or dead animals, because the dude in front of the store is scary and not cuddly at all. And he never writes or calls anymore. So no, I guess I don't feel bad for him! Good riddance! I am sad to see dead kitties though, especially the ones I see in anime that have magic powers and can turn into sexy naked women.

Roadkill's pretty bad. I've seen a few deer and foxes on the side of the road and I've seen a fox and my cat get run over infront of me. Not nice.

nah, hit by a car in the civilized world or being torn to shreds by a natural enemy wherever... s' all the same to me. We're just another threat to some animals.

Yeah, I think we're all pretty desensitized to it to a large extent. That is, until you see it happen. Really hits you in a different way. so much so that I wrote about it once for my poetry class. it's too long a poem to be posting in the thread, though. unless anyone would care to see it.. i'm kind of proud of it :P

Roadkill isn't pretty to look at that's all I can say.

The last roadkill I saw was a fox. He looked pissed, so I didn't feel that sorry for it. Also, they eat our bunnies, so that's double. But every other that I've seen, especially a god damn turtle. TURTLE! Those all make me sad.
