Although sometimes I might prefer chicken if it's fried.

Chicken.  Superior taste and texture is superior.

I usually like steak best out of those two existing choices but roasts are also really good and chicken also can be really good. Beer batter Cod makes for some outrageously tasty num-nums too. And smoked dry sausage, cotto salami,  crackers, and cheese are all nice things to get for Christmas. And I might as well vote for soft pretzels while I'm here.

Chicken. Steak is gross. 

I love me a good steak, but I've got to pick chicken. Roasted, fried, grilled - doesn't matter. I love it.

Chicken fried chicken is good stuff, even if it was named by some sort of idiot or highly sarcastic person. It's way better than squid fried chicken or chicken fried beans.

I'm a huge fan of Chicken Strips, so I'll go chicken based purely on that.

Do this many people really like chicken over steak? Is this a dollar-for-dollar comparison or something? A best of all worlds steak has nearly thrice the greatness of a perfect chicken.

I love fillet mignon. I eat chicken religiously. Im not a one type kinda guy so i cant vote cause i mean filet mignon breakfast burritos, the classic mash potatos combo, then just steak by itself is a meal...then you got chicken you can fry it, grill it, make some fajitas, chicken snack wraps, ETC! Why pick one!? just like woman why pick one when theres so much great variety

The only time I prefer chicken over steak is at Chipotle.

When at a restaurant and unwilling to pay more than 20 dollars for your meal, chicken.  Good steak>good chicken.  Average chicken>average steak.
