Sadly, I think the only time I really eat a full meal for dinner, is when I get fast-food. Since it comes with fry's and drink or whatnot. Typically when I make a meal at home I don't make anything to go along with it.... Kinda makes me long for my mom's home cooking.... *sigh*

A full course meal would indicate, at the very least, three different food courses.  Even when I sit down to eat a home-cooked meal with my girlfriend it's usually only two courses at most.  Who the hell has time to make three different courses every night?

Not unless I'm at a restaurant...I'm assuming that by full course you mean appetizer, dinner, desert?
