Wow, nobody has done the "tighten up the graphics bit" yet? That should have been in the OP.
Anyway, I just love how all these cheesy game design/development ads make it look like it's all done with a fricking game controller. If anyone is falling for that, I can tell you that you'll never be a game developer. Ever.
Same with game testing. If that's what you're going to aspire for in life (unless it's a more serious QA control manager position and you're just really serious/passionate about the thought of helping make games better), what the hell are you doing?
