Simple question really.

Personally I am big fan of scrambled eggs. Over easy are good too but to me it doesn't quite match the greatness of scrambled.

I'm also not a big fan of overloading eggs with all sorts of cheeses, meats, and veggies which would explain why I dislike omelets.

So what's you preference?

Omelets all day, erryday.

After years of eating eggs, I came to the realization I do not particularly care for eggs that much. Omelets give me the opportunity to shove as much shit in and around the eggs as possible to overshadow the taste of eggs.

Over-easy is my preference. You get variety with it. You'll have bites with just the whites, and then you'll get whites with yolk, some with just the hard yolk, and then theres the part of the yolk that's warm and runny... Which is amazing. The whites end up just crispy enough to give them the right texture all over. The runny yolk can be a sauce for other foods on your plate which adds an amazing flavor and creamyness to them.

I like the versatility to scrambled eggs though. When cooked right (personally) they have just a bit of runnyness to the top. I cook them ommelette style almost always, ending up as a wrinkly layer without flipping it. I prefer this rather than true scrambled with rhe eggs broken into parts everywhere. Not a big fan of cheese in my eggs, but I love veggies and little bit of meat in em. Love to saute cut-up sweet peppers and then poor the scrambled egg over them.

No salt, just pepper.

Over easy or sunny side up on toast. Runny yolks forever!

That or a nice omelet overloaded with all kinds of meats, cheeses and veggies. :-P

Fried, then omelettes, then scrambled.

Fried eggs are really fucking good in a fry-up or in a bacon and egg sandwich, omelettes are great cause you can put all kinds of stuff in them and they're still great, and scrambled eggs are good on toast or something.

fried, sunny side up, and a little bit raw on top. anything beyond that kills the flavor. i'm well fussy on this subject, and won't let anyone else cook them for me.

Scrambled and wet, so it's more like a thick, rick pudding. Add in some chives and serve over toast. I'm not a fan of the egg curd/brain looking scrambled eggs.

I like my omlettes like this, with some mushrooms and herbs de provence

Scrambled, omelette or hard boiled. As long as the yolk isn't runny I wanna get down with some eggs.

Actually I like runny eggs too. Just a bit less so.

Eggs are awesome.

I like a good omelet. Scrambled very plain and slightly wet is good too. Although, fried in bacon fat is nice on occasion, as is soft boiled egg on toast.

I don't think i've ever met and egg concoction i didn't like, I usually make scrambled cause they are quickest to make, or boil them if I'm feeling fancy.

I like eggs of all sorts in different forms. After finding a grocer who sells me really fresh ones, it's hard to go back to the regular store bought ones though. I usually soft-boil mine, but I do omelettes, scrambled, benedict etc. regularly as well. I've always got at least half a dozen of them at hand, if I feel like making pasta or something.

I'm not a fan of sunny side up or over easy because they're just a little too runny for me. I like most other varieties of eggs, scrambled and omelettes are probably at the top of the list.

Used to be scrambled only as a liquid yolk terrified me. Recently I've switched to over-easy, and I love it. The yolk has so much flavor, and mopping up some yolk with a piece of bread is fantastic. Also, over-easy egg on a burger is a game changer.

I love omelettes. The more stuff that's in an omelette, the better.

But if we're just talking plain eggs, I'm a big fan of eggs over-easy. Give me a side of hash browns and a few links of sausage and you have my ideal egg breakfast. ...Now I'm hungry.

Cook an egg on the inside ring of an onion ring and eat with a bagel like a sandwich. It's a bit messy with the egg yolk but it tastes amazing.

Over easy or poached, and on top of or inside of something else. For instance, a cheeseburger with egg. Eggs Benedict. Egg on toast with ketchup. Ham and egg sandwiches. Egg on ramen. Breakfast burritos. Omelets. Yeeeeah. Eggs.

I don't have a preference. Depending on the day I could eat eggs prepared any different way and enjoy them equally. Actually, I do have a bit of a soft spot for soft boiled eggs in the egg cups with the strips of buttered toast, but the clean up can be a little annoying.

French-style scrambled eggs are my favourite, I can't go back to regular scrambled anymore. I use Gordon Ramsay's recipe.

If I'm having any other kind of egg I like the yolk runny though.

I heard from a doctor they're pretty good colored green with green ham.

Even tastier when you eat them in a box with a fox, in a house with a mouse, eating them here or there.
