So...how did that work out?
Well we got Based God and swag now, so I'd say pretty well...
You heard it here first folks, the dream has been realized and is now a reality.

I like him. He makes fun of rappers and the impressionable minds that blindly praise them. He also doesn't give a fuck about what people think of him and he's comfortable in his own skin. Just don't let him fuck your bitch.
He doesn't make fun of anything, he makes shitty music and college-aged white kids love him because they have horrible taste in everything.

i can't take anyone's opinion on b seriously until they've heard both 6 kiss and red flame. youtube is very deceptive. you could watch 10 lil b videos and think he's the most absurd and ignorant rapper of all time, when that's only one specific style he possesses.
He is awful, it doesn't matter if he's making a "serious" song or a stupid one. His flow is awful, his voice is annoying as hell, and his lyrics are extremely dumb.
Immensly entertaining, momentarily absolutely brilliant and one of the best rappers alive, but mostly just really fucking weird and stoned as fuck. Still, he's pretty fun then too, see tracks as Ellen DeGeneres (probably the most ridiculous track he's done imo).
edit: I see someone posted that track. Well, pretty much most laughed at line in rap history for me:
Swag swag swag bru
Brang dang dang yo girlfriend
So brilliantly retarded.
Sounds awful, I couldn't care less whether he is serious or not, at the end of the day I still think it sounds horrible.
@bonorbitz: Oh... god. I think I'm scarred for life...
I've never actually listened to Lil' B's music aside from one song by The Pack. He's always saying crazy shit in the press that tends to get butt-hurt lyrical miracle types all riled up, but I never really understood why. He's clearly the biggest clown in hip-hop (think if ICP were actually funny) and I really just don't give a fuck about him.

He's still better than Mac Miller or Hoodie Allen.
Not really a fan to be honest, I know he's famous for being kinda bad, but I can't really get behind his flow. Some of the lyrical content on I'm Gay is just meh. Haven't heard too much of his stuff outside of that however so if anyone would like to recommend me anything go for it. While we're go it, anyone a fan of Danny Brown? I've been listening to XXX constantly.

I didn't know who Danny Brown was until someone posted a thread about him a year (or so) ago. I didn't like his music at that time, but I gave XXX a second listen and I like his style. Have you heard any of the tracks from his Black and Brown EP?

I absolutely love this train of thought. When a rapper is not a part of the hive mind of what idiots like you call "black music", people label him/her as music for "white people" with no taste. There is no black people music or white people music.

Lol, nowhere did I say anything about "black or white music", what I said is that college-aged white kids are the one's who love him.

And my side of the argument has fallen apart. I'll just chalk this one up as a loss.

which flow? lol he has 3000+ tracks, that range from spoken word to az like rapping. which lyrics? which voice?
ur clueless. the natural instinct is to put artists in a box, but you can't put based god in a box. you can post one song and i can post a song that is the complete opposite in every way. he's made great insights with great rhyming and great ignorance with off beat flows.
EMOTIONS EMOTIONS EMOTIONS.wow rare singing at 1:40...
very based and real music.. wow..
