She is not smoking weed; she is smoking SALVIA... which is a native herb of Mexico which just happens to be legal in the US. It is a herb with hallucinogenic qualities, and is/was used by shamans. Salvia is known for aiding visions and spiritual healing. Oh yeah, and it only lasts for about 30 minutes when smoked... better to chew it or take it sublingually.

I have no problem with marijuana smoking(I'm not buying the salvia line, PR bable if you ask me) What does bother me is, no one in our society is using marijuana properly.

At the end of the day, it's just weed.  I don't even smoke but I know that alcohol is far more dangerous and addicting than weed and I still go out and drink.  Society paints such a negative view of weed from the earliest days that you can remember so nearly everybody looks down upon it.  It's all perception.  Try looking up the pros and cons for marijuana, cigarettes, and alcohol.  At the end of the day, each is a drug that alters your state of mind and that is why people use them.
